1997

Founding Year

Global Trend Productions was founded by CEO Isaac Campos while he was still in high school. Our first live event? Providing sound and lighting for the school dance.

2001

Broadcast Partnerships Begin

Began producing events for Entravision, a leading global media and advertising technology company that connects brands with Latino audiences across the U.S., Mexico, Latin America, and Spain. This collaboration expanded our presence in the Latino media and live events market.

2003

First Major AV Contract

Secured the in-house AV contract for the LA Sports Arena, an iconic venue that marked a major step forward in our scale, capabilities, and industry credibility.

2005

Expansion into Hospitality

Secured the in-house AV contract for the historic Queen Mary in Long Beach, California, an iconic venue that added to our legacy of landmark partnerships.

2009

First LED Video Wall Purchased

Traveled to China to build direct relationships with top LED video manufacturers, establishing key international partnerships at the source.

2012

Innovation in LED Technology

Designed and built the first version of our proprietary Black Widow 9mm LED video wall, setting the foundation for our custom display technology.

2013

Industry Launch of Black Widow 9

Launched the Black Widow 9 to the production market, partnering with major production companies across the U.S. and delivering one of the largest single-batch LED wall orders in the nation.

2017

Next Generation Technology + Global Expansion

In 2017, we launched the Black Widow 5.9—an advanced LED touring system engineered for clarity, durability, and quick deployment. This next-gen panel set a new benchmark in performance and helped establish our global presence. We partnered with Serpro Mexico, delivering 1,500 square meters of Black Widow panels in our largest international sale to date, and supported the Maná 2017 USA Tour with a full LED video wall package, strengthening our position in the concert touring industry.

That same year, we entered the high-end fashion world by supplying 1,000 square meters of Xwave 3.9 panels for Balenciaga’s Paris Fashion Week show, expanding our reach into luxury events and large-format video design.
